A Family-Friendly Outdoor Space
Built With Intentional Design

The Tan family wanted a backyard that’s modern, simple, and easy to maintain. They had been following Rising Tide’s work on social media and wanted a similar modern style with simple lines, a functional layout, and materials that stayed within their budget. Because the home was new construction, we were able to start with a blank slate and design a layout that supported everyday living, children’s play, and future design possibilities.

We installed a paver patio system with walkways that connect the backyard to the side yard and front access, giving the home a sense of flow from one space to another. A turf play area provided a soft, durable zone for the kids, while a dedicated trash bin pad and side yard upgrades improved daily function. New plantings and accent landscape lighting added warmth and character, and an optional stepping path created circulation for features the family may choose to add over time.

This project ran smoothly from start to finish. With clear communication and a prepared crew, the build started on a Monday and reached Rising Tide standards by Friday. The Tan family appreciated how easy the process felt and shared a five-star review highlighting the communication, craftsmanship, and overall experience.
